Hi lovely viewers and welcome to this post, few months ago, Airtel Nigeria ran system upgrade which affected their BIS users with other Phone/PC, lot of people has decided to dump Airtel Sim due to the excessive charges applied to their bb plans recently and they refused to spending a dime on Airtel data plan till the plan is back to normal. Is like things are getting normal with our old beloved Airtel Bis but that is not our today’s business.
Am happy to tell you that there is still a way to surf with Airtel Sim for free, no subscription required and no bis wahala. What you need is to follow steps below accordingly and you are good to enjoying free Airtel browsing on your PC or Android phone.
- Download PD-Proxy zip file from here, then register for free username and password from here
- Unzip and install it. Then allow installation the Tap driver that prompted to install.
- Once the installation is completed, then select Server (i.e Texas), and select UDP as the Protocol.
- Insert your username and password
- Then go to Settings » Advance Settings » Proto Option, then insert 53 as UDP Port
- Click on Parent Proxy, tick on the “Enable Parent Proxy” box and enter 196.46.244.32 as the IP and 80 as the port.
- Save and go back to the Main Menu to connect.
Connect your Modem Using
- APN: internet.ng.airtel.com
- Start the software and wait for it to write Successfully connected to server!
Remember that you don’t need any subscription for this, it works with #0.0. Note that PD-Proxy only allows 100MB per day for free users. You need to upgrade to premium plan if you want to enjoy unlimited. It is just #650 per month.

U can also connect wit phone too, configure d apn of ur pc suite with internet.ng.airtel.com
Test another server if 1 is nt work 4 u and PARENT PROXY setting is not necessary too.

Texas is a premium server, except you have a premium account. only demo servers can be used on free accounts.

You can simply upgrade 2 premium with ur personal Perfect Money acct by login 2 ur acct @ pdproxy.com, then click on d Upgrade Options & select Perfect Money as ur means of payment.

D demo server is nt much powerful, it is better 2 go 4 premium if u really want 2 enjoying it, check out my comment below 4 d upgrading guide.
No special setting required in browsers. U may check ur browsers may b it set 2 manual proxy configuration & change it 2 No Proxy.

I've been using dis 4 long. Am using the demo server and my browsing is unlimited with my toshiba laptop. Wheneva i connect and noticed i've use up to 95mb, i will not disconnect it. It is unlimited, but if i disconect it will say bandwidth reached, dat means i have 2 login d next day.

Uninstall & delete all dat files, restart ur PC then unzip and install it. Allow installation the Tap driver that prompted to install.

Am not sure dat Nokia PC suite support Nokia C2, i think it required OVi Store. When if u connect ur phone with PC & d PC suite detect it, no problem u can connect with it as u normally connect b4, by creating Connection on ur PC suite with internet.ng.airtel.com, & if nt u need 2 download Ovi Suite.

@unknown your phone can be used as a modem using dial up connection, if you have a bluetooth dongle or if your system has a bluetooth then simply connect your phone to the PC after you've entered all necessary details to connect to the PC.
On windows 7, You can now go to your network and sharing center and click on add a network > click dial up connection and from the options that come up, input *99# as your phone number and leave other fields empty. Then click connect.
Done. You can now use your phone's data connection on your PC.
