Download the prove file with customised ip: 10.100.114.144 and port: 3130 by Click here. Rename it from Shelaf4real_Glo.prov.zip to Shelaf4real_Glo.prov 

Set it as your default setting and download any of the above Opera or Ucbrowser and insert the tweak as it was stated above.
