I used to benefit from working IPs in d past. So i really don't know if it's the psiphon I'm using. Hi James. What u are askin for Is very possible using pdanet+ software or tether unlock
On us pdanet+
Step1 download pdanet+ for both android and pc and install the android version on your phone and the pc version on your pc
STEP2 start up your Psiphon82handlerUi and make sure it's connected and browsing
STEP3 connect ur phone via USB cable to ur computer then open pdanet on ur phone and click ACTIVATE USB MODE
STEP4 wait for it to establish a connection then open pdanet on ur pc and connect then enjoy ur suffin
For the tether unlocker ur phone need to be rooted. Download tether unlock from play store 'n install.
Make sure ur network is off then open tether unlock it will ask for superuser permission then allow
Click on unlock tethering and wait for it to finish the process
Fire up ur Psiphon82handlerUi wait for it to connect 'n strted browsing then fire up ur Hotspot on ur phone 'n connect to ur laptop
After connecting ur can strt browsing on your laptop
