You might have heard about this tweak before, I’m sorry for the delayed post, but as you know, I must confirm any tweak before it goes live here. Thanks to one of our patriotic fans: Moses Ifunanya. He is the first person to post it for our readers through the comment.

Install it on your Android Device
MTN Free Unlimited Browsing Configuration
Use your MTN default Setting or create New APN settings on your phone as follows:
» Open your phone settings > Go to more > Go to mobile network > Go to access point names > Select MTN, Then create new APN and configure as shown below:
» APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
» Proxy: 127.0.0.1
» Port: 8080
» Save And Activate it as your default settings Then Launch Sypon Shield or Psiphon Handler, in the handler menu:
» Proxy type: Real Host
» Proxy server: http://172.16.5.226/ or http://172.16.5.226@ or 172.16.5.226@
» Real Proxy Type: Default
» Real Proxy server: (leave it blank)
» Select save and click on “tunnel whole device”. Click on the option tab
» Region: select, USA or any other server
» Select more option, as it was indicated in the screenshot below
» Check “Connect through an HTTP Pro” then select “Use the following settings:” then configure as.
» Host address: 10.199.212.2
» Port:8080
Save and Click Connect. Stay Glued for other VPN settings on this tweak.

D syphon shield did not connect ooh, showing connecting for hours.
Syphon shield is another app and it has more stable connection than the handler
Reboot the phone and retry or try the handler
Check the settings well well bro

mine stoped after downloading about 2g, then i disconnect and reconnect it back, but this time the downloading speed slow and wont pass 60KB/sec………..

Does it require root access, because it Connect the first time and disconnect again and after then if it manage to connect the speed is extremely low.

Thanks for this useful info. I am using it with Psiphon 100 Handler UI. and after entering the settings as instructed, the time to connect is very fast and the speed is very good.

It may not connect immediately but once it does, no disconnect and fast speed. Once you connect to internet and it fails to browse, just disconnect and connect again till you get what you want.

Its still working well, if its not connecting well, here is a tips ,
Open ur syphon shield. Without turning bdata and connect, after it shows d connection symbol, on ur data , nd wait, if it's still not connecting, off ur data again and on again, repeat this steps it will connect
Stuck with download speed of 150kb/s maximum when SAS is giving me 1mb/s with musicplus and 1.5mb/s with BBlite

It can't be downloaded as it was only directing me to a url shortening site and d app isn't there.
I couldn't download syphon cos d link up there foe the download is redirecting me to a url shortening site that doesn't have d apk in it, I then searched for d app online and instead of it downloading, it downloaded d app called 9app instead and later downloaded d syphon from d 9app but it couldn't be installed.
Mr. Shelaf, please I've tried tethering Netify Vpn on etisalat both with Thether Unlocker and DF Thethering Fix with my PC, but it's not working and my phone is rooted. Please, how can I fix this?

Hi Guys, happy val, if you can't still download with this tweak that means you should try using auto proxy, here's how it goes, auto proxy need root right so you must root ur device before it'll work, but you guys must be familiar with rooting android device but if you're not familiar ,feel free to check Mr shelaf post on how to root, now set ur access point proxy to 127.0.0.1, Port 8080, then download auto proxy and grant d root permission, and configure with 127.0.0. 1 port 8080 , and put it to http. Start ur auto proxy after you've connected auto proxy,then you're good to go
i have succeeded in configuring both, Psiphon is better, but i wanna try the Syphon Shield.
Meanwhile i prefer psiphon to SAS cos of stability and ability to power all apps without roooting and also you can use any APN for it.
