No wonder, I just understand what made Multichoice Nigeria decided now to offer us Pay-Per-View model against the usual monthly subscription model, now Multichoice Nigeria (DStv/GOtv) is about to get a rival and the name of the company is called Telecom Satellites TV (TSTV).
TSTV is a new satellite TV, partnered with a Europe-based television station, ABS Global, to launch into the Nigerian Broadcasting Service a Direct-to-Home (DTH) satellite TV. They are supposed to have launched July 25th but was postponed to 1st of October due to logistics.

It's more of a wireless (WiFi) hot spot from the way it advertised on its social media handle. Terms and conditions have not been stated yet as it sounds to good to be true, as in, 20gb every month. If true, telecoms will also be on their knees begging to buy data.
TSTV has a lot to offer compared tu dstv, lets wait till they lunch on October first
I pray nigerians embrace this developmenyt
Tstv-30 ( Monthly ) 3000 with 10GB
Tstv-15 (15Days) 1500 with 5GB
Tstv-10 (10Days) 1000 with 3GB
Tstv-7 (weekly) 750 with 2GB
Tstv-3 (3Days) 500 with 1GB
Tstv-PAYGO (1Day ) 200 with 500MB
A good and welcome development. Thumbs up Nigeria!
Wow this is unbelievable, finally the real competition has arrived for DSTV, First of all i think this new TSTV might really succeed if well managed and if they have a well structured strategy especially in a pay tv market that is already dominated by multi-choice (DSTV),
I'm definetly buying this TSTV asap before price goes up because of demand, their price is just on point and extra data on top is just confirm jara, what else could we possibly ask for.
Multichoice own GOTV meaning multi-choice literally has a huge market share of both upper & middle class users,
So i think Tstv strategy is just well thought out, Everybody brace yourself because pay tv is about to become like mobile phone network competition, and when there is competition the users enjoy more because of options,
also i have to say this new company going with the name TSTV is just not a good idea, i mean if you say TSTV to 10 people 9 out of 10 will think you are talking about DSTV… Anyways i wish them luck, because they will absolutely need it.
Interesting….. They are all in trouble
No zee world and telemundo
Lol … IntersInter
