ZERO X Pro, the latest smartphone from Infinix, was unveiled at a private event at the Radisson Blu Ikeja. In attendance at the #SeeBeyond launch event were key tech, photography, and lifestyle, including Tobi Ayeni (Miss Techy), TYBello, George Okoro, Alex Ekubo, and Osas Ighodaro.
The newly launched smartphone is available in three colors: Nebula Black, Starry Silver, and Tuscany Brown.
The newly launched smartphone is available in three colors: Nebula Black, Starry Silver, and Tuscany Brown. As a result of the device, which was formerly regarded a luxury but is now normal, the smartphone industry is entering a new era.
Humanity’s ambition to go above and beyond the normal, to be more than just striving for the impossibly difficult, was a key motivation for the new Zero X series’ design and features. The urge to look beyond is what sparked the creation of this device.
Speaking at the launch, Infinix representative, Kevin Olumese, said, “The Zero X series is an amazing addition to the Infinix Family, we are proud of its photography and gaming capabilities. We know every user who purchases the device will be equally amazed.”
Photographers TY Bello and George Okoro shared their knowledge with attendees, including how to enter into a creative mindset and how to use the ZERO X Pro smartphone to create beautiful photos of nature and lifestyle. The new ZERO X Series device bridges the gap between smartphone cameras and professional imaging.
“It is quite exciting to see a phone that can capture the moon. You can see beyond and gaze at the stars just like you would with a telescope. I’m intrigued to see what infinix is going to do next,” TY Bello said.
Infinix and the Royal Observatory Greenwich have formed a collaboration as part of the launch campaign efforts to expose the ZERO X Series to a worldwide audience. The Tech Chap, a KOL in the world of technology, used the ZERO X Pro’s high-performance camera technology to illustrate the potential of the devices’ “Super Moon Mode” during the event. Using a telescope, one photographer captured a moon portrait, while another used the ZERO X Pro smartphone to take a second one of the same object.
“Technology is all about innovation and pushing boundaries, both in terms of new features and also accessibility with how affordable it is,” said The Tech Chap. “The flagship ZERO X Pro offers a great all-round experience and its impressive camera setup literally, and figuratively, shoots for the moon!”
Infinix’s ambition to create a world where the future generation may explore the universe and discover the limitless possibilities that lie ahead of them continues with the See Beyond event and corporate collaboration with the Royal Observatory Greenwich.
For Infinix, the ZERO X Pro marks the beginning of a long journey to bridge the gap between smartphone technology and high-quality, professional photography. Infinix’s goal with this phone is to give today’s youth the confidence to pick up their smartphone and create something aesthetically stunning.
