Here are All You Need to Apply For N-Power Batch C — Enrollment Begins This Week

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has announced the commencement of enrolment for a new batch of N-Power beneficiaries effective July 26, 2020.

If you wish to apply for N-Power (Batch C). Take a look at the categories of people who are eligible to register for the job when the portal opens.

Requirements to Apply for N-Power Batch C

Although as at the time of this post, the official requirements have not been released we believe it will follow the same part as other batches hence some of the expected requirements include;

• Currently Unemployed
• Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps Programme(for the graduate category)
• Aged 18-35
• You must not be a beneficiary of any of the previous batches
• Disposition to discovering knowledge
• Patience and ability to listen are good qualities to possess

Certificates Required

• People with Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
• People with National Certificate of Examination (NCE).
• Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Bachelor Degree

The online portal would be open to receive applications from noon on June 26, 2020 and will provide a level playing field for all applicants.

Once applications are submitted, the Ministry will review submissions and publish a list of successful applicants. Past beneficiaries are not eligible to participate in the application process.

The N-Power program has enrolled 500,000 beneficiaries thus far – 200,000 from Batch A which started in September 2016 and 300,000 from Batch B which kicked off in August 2018. The beneficiaries were supposed to spend not less than 24 months on the program and were spread across the key industries targeted by the program – Agriculture, Health, Education, and Tax.

The current beneficiaries from Batches A and B are scheduled to transit the program by July 31, 2020 with plans already in place to transition them into entrepreneurship.

Npower is starting new registration on the 26 of June. Interested and qualified candidates are to complete their application form online via the N-Power website.
