Airtel Nigeria Unveils 4G Service in Abuja

Airtel Nigeria on Thursday launched its 4G network in Abuja. The launch in the country’s capital -Abuja, is coming few weeks after the mobile service provider launched the 4G network in Ibadan and Lagos.

Airtel took to their twitter handle to announce that 4G LTE will be officially launching in Abuja, which was already being done yesterday at International Conference Center, Abuja. Now, I believed it’s already active in Maitama, Garki, Wuse2, Asokor etc., as it was stated in the screenshot below.

The Airtel 4G LTE network supports Band 3 (1800MHz) which almost all mobile devices are using. Airtel bursts of speed 28.45 Mbps download speed and 8.77 upload speed. Moreover, the speed varies spending on your network signal or coverage.     It's really good to hear that AIRTEL user in abuja can now browse even faster with Airtel 4G Service.

    And for sure I believe the 4GB data would be inclusive in this case coz that will enable/attract people's attention to do the sim swap.
