The Grandmaster of data (Glo) seems to have been unable to keep up with their promise on data bundle. Despite its epileptic network, people are still managing the Glo data due to their cheapest plan. The complaint of their customers didn’t give them the courage to fix their slow network issue, but they went ahead to frustrate users the more.
Last week, Etisalat reduced their weekly data bundle from 200MB to 150MB for N200 and now Glo NG has chosen to follow suite.
Old Glo data Plans
N500 = 1.6GB 7days
N1000 = 3.2GB 30days
N2000 = 7.5GB 30 days
N2500 = 10GB 30days
N3000 = 12GB 30days
New Glo Data Plans
N500 = 800MB
N1000 = 1.6GB
N2000 = 3.7GB
N2500 = 5GB
N3000 = 6GB
If you look at the old and new plans, you will notice that they just slashed everything by half. Is this not going to chase away their subscribers?

It's to tell you that they know what they re doing, they knew ppl have complained bitterly, so they want to fix the epileptic data connection and reduce the data package, Grand master of epileptic data, if its not to fix the data wahala, then they re making plans to sell off the network. Glo is the worst data network, their 4g can't open a webpage. What a shame
When airtel are doing 2500 GB them too dey do 2500 5gb, hahaha. They will chi uban su. We'll see who will even say glo are data giants. I keep wondering which foolish individual keeps giving them this stupid ideas. I don't load etisalat at all and mtn, lolz. I used to load glo, notice I'm already in the past tense. I used to load glo 10gb 2500 but now, Hahahhaha. Where I am, airtel is the fastest network. Without trying I can get 2mbps while this stupid glo only works in one area of the house. Wait lol don't they know that people manage them because of their data size. They will see shock Wallahi how nigerians reject stupidity.

Real sad stuff here. Even though their data is unusable where i live. It was still good to know there was a network in Nigeria with a real kick ass data plan. Glo why?
Cause of their big data plans I decided to get a glo sim cause their network is manageable in the 5 storey building where I live. I have to to go the last floor if I wanna download movies. Now that they have slashed their data by 50% ? Omo I dey go break the SIM card like this. God saved their customer care that they didn't pick my call. I'll blast their daddy. Mike adenuga

Thank God I subscribed day before yesterday being 26th Apr. I'm just managing did their network bcos of d huge data. But if my subscription expires and nothing is done about it, I'll remove the sim 4rm my phone. Rubbish!!!

Oh noooo… this is absolutely unacceptable from Glo Telecom. The data bundles were drastically reduced, even when their network signal is so bad. I wonder what will become of them in the next two months if subscribers decides to migrate to another network. Am seeing Glo failure in the Telecom labor market. Something strange is about happening. Me, am taking off to another network o, I don't know about you.
I think it the right time and best situation for us all to boycott glo data and network in entirety by not subscribing and not buying data, just migrate to other network for a monumental loss of revenue, this way their lost senses will revert back to place. they are taking us for a ride, I have since removed my GLO sim and replaced with the Yellow network….good riddance to bad rubbish…Glo Fool your World

I think those pukes (glo) have made enough TARGET revenue which was their reason for increasing data size in the first place. Something tells me they're gonna be back with another ridiculous offer when they need more money,topical of Nigerian disgusting networks, I blame the corrupt network regulating bodies, they're all pukes.
To many of us we think Glo just reduce their data cap just like that from real source it was NCC who was persuading all these networks. Mtn whatsapp plan was increase from 60 Naira to 150 Naira. Our government is just too bad. Sooner or later we will all know where all these comes from.

However, despite the cutting down of Glo data plans, I think it's more friendly than any other network. Why because, other networks zap their data just like rocket ���������� while Glo is not like that.
