Which shows dat u did nt get d procedure accordingly. If u get it right d "bin" must created automatically in the c:sys folder of ur phone memory or give u an access 2 create it. Try 2 Hard Reset ur phone & refresh d procedure.

Never let your head hang down. You have to format & reformat till you get the procedure correctly. You can simply create "bin" folder in C:sys by tap: Menu >> File >> Make Dir. Write "bin" without quote in the space provided, tap Ok & paste your "installserver.exe" there.
