For the new comers, in the world of magic sim and those whose own had stopped working, here is the new code, this time around no more waiting for 24 hours, within 1 hour your Sim will be hacked to browse unlimited, download unlimited, watch live tv, YouTube and other live streaming. It works with all browsing devices, Laptop/Desktop, Tablet, Android, iPhone, iPad, and all Others and you can also pinging on your blackberry with this new code.
Okay guys, much have been said about magic Sim and some people are still demanding for the new way of activating mtn magic sim; but the truth is that Shelaf is tied of activating magic sim and I don’t want to activate any again. Mine is still blazing like China train without any peanut being deducted.
Below are the new procedure i got from my colleague, which was tested and confirmed working.
No much stories, straight to the point and we are out of here.
How To Activate Mtn Magic Sim Using 1hr Method
- Load #400 recharge card on your phone
- Send BBDay to 21600. #120 will be deducted from your #400, then Wait till you get the Blackberry Subscription message that it is active
- Call customer care to activate the 2 Hours Plan for you, make sure the remaining #280 is left on your phone.
- Once the 2Hrs Plan is activated, and you confirm it
- Remove your sim and keep it for 1 Hour
- After the 1hour, insert your sim back to your device and start browsing.
So easy and simple but risky. If you can’t risk it don’t try it.
This is what some blogger and web forum owner package and sell for the people but here you got it for free.
Note: It is very difficult to activate 2 hours now because Mtn had aware about this tweak and it very difficult for them to block it, now they made it difficult for the people to subscribe to this two hour plan.
Here are the three tips you can use to subscribe for 2 hours plan
- Call customer care to activate the 2Hrs Plan for you.
- Send 2H to 131
- Send RESET to 131
I believe one supposeto work for you out of the three methods. God luck!

To further help use on this issue after all set and dine, use blackberry.net as ur apn. don't use normal web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net else say goodbye to ur data plan.

Thks so much Funsho. I sent bbdaily to 21600 and they activated the plan. But I forgot to send 2h to 131. I put my the sim inside my modem but it stopped after browsing for a few minutes. I checked my balance only to discover my N280 was gone and my bal was 0.00. I send it around 11.15am dis morning. Can I steal load like 200 on my sim and send 2h to 131? Will it work?
check at d back of ur sim card u wil c 128k,32 etc which indicate old sim.

Guyz i think the trick for activating ur sim as stated above is comprehensive enough.just follow it exactly.i activated my two mtn sims 3months ago & they are stil flexing.i hav used all the subsequent methods to activate for my friends and family members.i hav even used this latest method 3days ago to activate for 2 friends of mine…all i could say is dat u guys should follow every step accordingly and u will be flexing wit ur mtn sim very well..

ya welcome Funsho….i chatted wit a friend this morning and he said he is using his bb fone like modem wen connected to blackberry destop manager to browse on pc though he is subscribing to their monthly plan…Dont u think the etisalat magic sim can also be used in bb fones and connected to pc as modem through the blackberry destop manager for free and unlimited browsing on Pc?

I used the 24hrs stuff and after the 24 hrs i sent reset to 131 but that of 4777 did not deliver, but the only thing that gave me hope was that i have read from your post that if we receive response that our subscriptin is still active after the 'reset' thing then we are on the right track, so after receiving the message that i have exhausted my plan that i should renew, i ignored the message even though it disconnecte but after some hours i only gave it a trial and it cinnnected LIVE.That is what am using presently now.God bless you abbundantly

the logic behind this cheat is it keep disconnecting every 10 to 30 minute …what you need to do is disconnect the modem and reconnect…before reconnecting 5 times it will go…i ve being using my since last week and i ve being having this issue ….but once i disconnect and reconnect it continue browsing …….FUNSHO….keep up the good work man ….you are the boom

@Anonymous Remove ur sim 4 another 25hours, insert it back & send RESET to 131 then also send RESET to 4777 then u are good 2 go.

@funsho i just activate mine today but whn i got to the 2hrs activation part sent 2h to 131 my airtime was deducted but no confirmation…called customer care but no response so i proceeded to the next n switched off for 1hr n den put d sim in my modem n that what am using currently now i hope it doesnt stop prematurely cos d confirmation for 2h wasnt sent to my phone…would get back to u if it still continues browsing after 24hrs..thank u

@tejiri It only when it stopped working u can den keep it 4 another 12hrs & send those reset codes. But as long as it is working u ave 2 manage it like dat.

@Anonymous Yeah, Mtn is given out free 1024mb data bundle to some selected numbers, which means ur number is among of beneficiaries & it won't last long, un-use may b wipe away after a week or 2 weeks atmost. I advice u download d necessary thing @ d right time b4 they wipe it. Others should kindly check dia acct with *559# to verify either u are given or not.
