I believed most of us are already familiar with the listed IPs below, they are not something new, but they are the active Magic IPs. Tested and confirmed working up till the moment of publishing this post.
For those that are still having connection issues, what you need is to dedicate time and test the Magic IPs below one by one, then you can select the best among them. Use any of the IPs with its Port to connect and surf unlimited with N0.0 via Psiphon and Etisalat SIM.

Not all game has obb file while some you can download the obb files direct from installed apk (no need wasting data to upload since you can download it directly).
Always Read installation instruction to know if you can download it directly from app or not. Grab?

Another method for u guys if you still can't get d tweak worked for you, open ur psiphon handler 100 or 82 nd configure as follow
Proxy type: real host
Proxy server: buy.etisalat.com.ng
Real proxy type: HTTP
Real proxy server: 10.161.6.9:8080/etisalatalert/index.html?buffer-index=1260675573
Leave others nd save but remember not to tick d remove port
Now save it nd goto MORE OPTION nd tick connect through HTTP proxy nd use the following settings
Type the, HOST ADDRESS: 79.120.72.222
PORT:3128
Leave other nd press back nd connect but change The server from best performance to USA server so as to avoid unnecessary language wen browsing .

It's stopped connecting, all its says now is connection reset by peer.. Who else is experiencing it too
