U are welcome Mr Danjuma, that should be sim/network problem. Is like u are using Etisalat plus simpleserver or glo bis on ur android device?
What your need is to change your sim to MTN with normal Megabytes or BBLITED plus Simpleserver, use it to search 4 ur premium app on play store, it will show up like that. After that you can insert any other line on your phone and the paid apps will continue display with any network then.

FreeStore app is like GetApk and their method are similar, just search & download free freestore app over d net, install it and follow d abv instruction to use it.
Dat may be as a result of vpn that u are using to bypass, u may solve such problem with normal megabytes.
