How to Instantly Lock Your GTBank Account with 737

With so many users making the jump to internet banking, it’s no wonder that hackers are on the hunt to gain access to your finances.

A new feature was recently introduced to all GTBank account holders which enables the customers to instantly lock their account, in case of any unexpected dangers with the account where you’ll need to lock it instantly.

Instantly Lock Your GTbank Account with 737

GTBank has made it easier for you to instantly lock your account if you lost your phone, SIM attached to the account, or even notice something strange happening to your account.

To lock your account, simply dial *737*51*74# using any mobile number in Nigeria free of charge.

Please Note:
You will be required to provide the phone number registered to your account and your 737 PIN.

Once your account is locked, nobody will be able to make any transfers from your account, and all debit transactions will be blocked.

To unlock your account, call GTConnect, contact the care center or visit any GTBank branch near you.
