Hong Kong-based smartphone company, Infinix seems to be working on a flagship premium smartphone, as the leaks suggest. In fact, Infinix could gain bragging rights with its upcoming flagship smartphone.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra, iQOO 5 Pro, iQOO 7 (China), Black Shark 4 series, Nubia Red Magic 6 Pro, and Nubia Z30 are some of the flagship phones that underpinned 120W rapid charging.
The latest information by XDA Developers reveals that the Chinese brand Infinix may launch a smartphone with charging capabilities faster than the above-mentioned phones. The reporting has obtained a 160W Ultra-Flash-Charger from Infinix, but it is not clear about the phone that will tag along with this charger.
The smartphone flaunts a bezel-less design with curved edges, something that isn’t easy to do with a common LCD, so we assume the company is working with AMOLED here.
The below render shows off an upcoming Infinix phone, which appears to have at least two cameras (though one could be a depth sensor), a USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, and a 3D glass display with a hole-punch camera in the top-left corner. The back has the word “NOW” logo that covers the entire back alongside a smaller Infinix logo, which is… an interesting design choice.
The question is, could this device be dubbed Infinix Now? Only time will tell.
The XDA report does not reveal any specifications about the phone except the above image. We don’t know the internal hardware or the name of the phone (except maybe ‘Now’?). It’s possible that the 160W charger Infinix is working on could be for this device, but again, we just don’t know for sure right now.
