Apple Set to Unveil New Beats Studio Pro: Enhanced Sound, USB-C, and More!

Apple is preparing to launch the highly anticipated Beats Studio Pro wireless over-ear headphones in July, with the exact date set for July 19. This exciting news was shared by Myke Hurley on the popular Apple-focused podcast “Connected” last week, as reported on Reddit. Hurley revealed that his information came from an anonymous source who had previously provided accurate details about the Beats Studio Buds+ earbuds.

According to Hurley’s source, the Beats Studio Pro will be available in four distinct colors: Black, Navy, Sandstone, and Deep Brown. Furthermore, leaked images shared by @aaronp613 showcase a design that closely resembles the Beats Studio3 headphones. Among the notable features of the upcoming headphones are a USB-C port for charging, replacing the previous micro-USB option. The Studio Pro will also boast enhanced microphones, optimized sound profiles, a redesigned carrying case, and support for Android features such as Fast Pair and Find My Device. Additionally, the headphones will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack, as confirmed by the source.

Drawing from the success of the Studio Buds+, it is expected that the Studio Pro will deliver improved active noise cancellation and a longer battery life, offering an enhanced listening experience for users.

An early reseller listing has already surfaced, indicating that the Studio Pro will likely retail for approximately €399 in Europe, equivalent to the price of the Studio3 headphones. This suggests that the Studio Pro will likely be priced around $349.95 in the United States upon its launch. Although the Studio3 headphones incorporate Apple’s W1 chip, it remains uncertain which chip the Studio Pro will utilize, leaving room for speculation among tech enthusiasts.

The existence of Beats Studio Pro was first revealed through references in the macOS 13.4 code and an FCC filing in recent weeks. However, Beats has not yet made an official announcement regarding the headphones. If released, the Studio Pro would serve as a long-awaited update to the Studio3 model, which made its debut back in 2017. As the rumored July 19 launch date draws closer, more information about the headphones is expected to emerge, providing eager consumers with further insights into Apple’s latest audio offering.
