Good news to all Android devices users still running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, as the long awaited BlackBerry Messenger “BBM app” for Android version 2.3.5 Gingerbread version is now available for downloading in Play Store. You can now enjoying pinging with your friends and family on BBM.
The BBM app was available to high end Android devices from android 4.0 ice-cream and Apple ios devices. As a result of this many users have no opportunity of installing BBM on their device as it was only available for limited Android devices. But in January 2014, we heard that BBM could soon be making its way to older Android devices still running Android 2.3 Gingerbread. HTC G10 is running Android 2.2 (Froyo), u need to update it to at-least 2.3 (Gingerbread) b4 u can be able 2 install BBM.
if u update ur android version 2.3.6, wat version would the update give u?

Please is there anyway to back up BBM on Android if i want to change to change android phone without my pin changing and that i will still maintain my pin ? I guess if i sign in with my BBM account mail to my new BBM on my new phone that I will lose all my contacts. Please how can I backup. Thanks
It depend on d software u used & d version u update it to.
Hope ur phone is not infected wit virus? U may try to restore ur phone, 4 u 2 be able 2 access Play store.

Tecno D3 is running Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, sure it will work fine on it, u can download BBM 4rm d abv link 2 ur phone.

It doesn't necessary to backup ur BBM b4 u can change ur phone, as long as u did not 4get ur bbm Username (ID) & password, ur original pin & contact lists will come back on any phone u used 2 login, what u may only missed is d record of conversations.
