The Tecno Spark 9T features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution of about 1,600 x 720 pixels. The panel also features a refresh rate of 90 Hz, which is great news because some low-cost smartphones still lack this feature. The panel has low-end DNA with a waterdrop notch on top.

The Tecno Spark 9T is powered by the MediaTek Helio G37 SoC. This chipset is a modified Helio G35 that supports screens with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Aside from that, it’s a basic chipset with eight ARM Cortex-A53 cores. It has a clock speed of 2.3 GHz and a 12 nm design.
The phone has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, which can be increased with a micro SD card. The phone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery and charges at a rate of 10 W. The smartphone runs Android 12 on top of Tecno’s HiOS 8.6. It’s a pleasant surprise to see Android 12; after all, Tecno and Infinix have struggled in this area.
