Concerned the website loading. I just added the new feature to the page loading and that does not affect the speed loading. With the new feature, you can no longer view the uncompleted loading page. When trying to load a page, the animated orange color image will keep you abreast while the page will be loading underground, when the loading is completed, the animated image will wipe away and the content of the page will display to you fully.
I need more people to comment on this, if you guys are not ok with the feature, i will remove it ASAP.

Sorry you can't. You may be able to add it as a normal card just like when adding a mastercard card to Paypal but with Payoneer card, you won't be able to get past the verification stage.
