In classic Samsung fashion, the December 2021 security patch was issued before to the start of the month. Over the coming several weeks, more Galaxy smartphones and tablets will receive the new security update.

The most recent software update for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is firmware version F707BXXS6EUK1, and it is currently available in the following countries:

The December 2021 security patch is included in the latest version for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G, although Samsung has not disclosed which security issues were addressed with this version. Samsung is expected to provide a detailed report within the next two weeks.
